“Beyond the boats: building an asylum and refugee policy for the long term” was launched on 5 November at Parliament House by Fred Chaney AO. The report provides a clear way forward and was a partnership between Australia21, the Renata and Andrew Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law and the Centre for Policy Development.
